Artists comment...
When I am busy painting the beauty that is around me, I am usually
quite alone standing amid a densely wooded area where the silence is broken by the song of
birds, the chattering of squirrels, or the babbling of a nearby brook. This setting creates for me
the sensation of unity with nature and with God... a feeling that has prompted me to record
my innermost thoughts about myself, about my life, and about my relationship with God and
Man.
I did these pieces (and the Lord knows there will be more!) to share with others how deeply
we are all involved with the omnipotence and benevolence of Gods gifts and their attendant
responsibilities. The accompanying paintings are just my way of saying, Thank you, Lord.
